After launching, the program is built around the individual. Each participant is assigned to own Personal Counselor and we start by embracing change. In-depth Behavioral, Skills and Competencies Assessments are conducted in order to boost Self-Awareness and provide us with all the necessary data for our next steps.

As mentioned, knowing each participants thoughts, desires, core strengths and potential limitations, we can now move to the creation of a Personalized Career Plan and individual Self-Marketing tools.
After knowing oneself, it is now time to “meet” the Market and move into action. We need to convert this Plan and take use of our tools, combined with our knowledge of the current Market status, in order to design a Job Search Strategy. This is a dynamic part of the process, which requires active participation and collaboration from both sides, with constant communication and interaction: career guidance, emotional counseling, market intelligence, assistance with modern sourcing-jobs techniques, vacancy analysis, employer selection techniques, and assistance with job applications are part of the daily agenda.
At the same time, a parallel activity needs to take place. We help participants utilize all the modern Networking techniques, so as to maximize access to potential opportunities that are not publically advertised.
All these methodical steps will result in definitely winning some interviews and discussing potential collaboration. We are still there to support each participant with interview preparation, information gathering, interviewing techniques and styles, “do’s” and “don’ts” and eventually salary negotiations.

In addition, we are still there to follow up the efficiency of the program: we ask participants to evaluate the program in writing, so as to measure specific KPI’s. These results are also communicated to our client. At the end of each month, we give a complete feedback to our client for the process so far, through an analytical Progress Report.
